Tower Works provides a good range of offices suitable for companies employing between 1-20 people. Choose from the smaller refurbished offices created within the original listed building, some of which have their own front doors, and the larger spaces in the sensitively designed new build element. In total, there are 24 offices of between 150 and 1,500 sq ft at Tower Works.

The original listed building has offices across two floors of between 150 and 500 sq ft.  Wherever possible, the original features of the building have been kept and restored, providing spaces with lots of character and individuality.  Several of the ground floor spaces are glazed on both elevations and accessed via their own front door.  The first floor offices give views from a choice of either north or south facing sash windows.

The refurbished offices are connected to a new sensitively designed four-storey building, which provides larger office space of between 500 and 1,500 sq ft with terraces and views over the city centre.

Terms are flexible, based on a licence period of just 12 months.
